Mortgages, Wine and Renovations: Silicon Valley Bank’s Deep Tech Ties
Hu Dehua, the son of China's late reformist leader, Hu Yaobang, was the first Chinese relative named in the documents to say he had an offshore company, telling Hong Kong media that he had nothing to hide.
Hu said the registration was "above board" and that he used his own passport and real name, the South China Morning Post reported on Friday.
At Ms. Snelson’s house, the first renovation work was in the 14-by-13-foot kitchen. There she installed extra wooden cupboards along one wall, had black granite countertops put in and painted the walls an olive green.
Countertop (also counter top, countertopping, or (British English) worktop) usually refers to a horizontal worksurface in kitchens, other food preparation areas, and workrooms in general. It is frequently installed above and supported by cabinets.

To Eat or Not to Eat - France’s Horsemeat Controversy
Großansicht des Bildes mit der Bildunterschrift: French prefer them on the table, not under
In France, horse meat is regarded as a healthy option and consumers are galloping to stores to snatch up this popular fare.
But the odds don’t look good for the future of equine meat as some animal rights groups are trying to convince French eaters to change their ways.
The horse meat industry has been fighting back, saying that horse is a healthy alternative to other red meats. They have also been getting fashionable chefs to create contemporary horsemeat recipes to update the meat’s image.

這Admiral 詞的美國制為The highest naval rank in peacetime (See Fleet Admiral). The rank insignia consists of four silver stars in a row. The admiral ranks did not appear in the U. S. Navy until the Civil War. Prior to that time a captain was the highest rank in that service. When placed in command of larger units he was sometimes designated a Flag Officer, but that was a billet, not a rank. The current admiral ranks (from junior to most senior) are: Rear Admiral (lower half), one star; Rear Admiral (upper half), two stars; Vice Admiral, three stars; Admiral, four stars and Fleet Admiral, five stars.
