cosy / cozy, cozy up, ingratiate, "hygge"

The Danish quality of "hygge", loosely translated as "cosiness", is being marketed as a way for foreigners to imitate the Danes' balanced, relaxed, and egalitarian lifestyle

Michael Ignatieff《他鄉:以撒柏林傳》(Isaiah Berlin: A Life) (高毅、高煜譯,台北:立緒,2001/1 出版)
But he was never an orderly worker: his work rooms were a cosy chaos cluttered with books and papers, gramophone records, unanswered letters and half-drunk cups of tea.
關於half-drunk cups of tea.
