votary, neuter, urtext, deodorizer, aromatic. “fruity and easy to drink.”

This year’s Beaujolais Nouveau went on sale and around 60 people enjoyed the wine at an event held in Tokyo, describing it as “fruity and easy to drink.”

Kirill Gerstein is a rare breed of piano virtuoso, equally at home with classical music and jazz. Currently on a world tour, he will play with the BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican in London on November 12th. Mr Gerstein spoke to The Economist about his world tour, urtext editions and the perils of travelling without his instrument http://econ.st/11ewrzY

Tea leaves produce the best flavor when used within two months of purchasing. Six months is the maximum time to store green tea. The leaves absorb smells (they are sometimes used as a deodorizer) so they should be stored in an airtight, moisture-free metal or tin container that is away from light. Out of date tea leaves will be brittle and dry, rather than lush and aromatic.

所謂TNVR是指T(Trap)補捉,N(Neuter)結紮,V(Vaccinate)打疫苗,R(Return)原地回置。
