這文件，我【代表"財團法人人文促進基金會"】花不少力氣讓它"合理"…..。不過，我對於文件中的"培力"，竟然愛莫能助。上周四的討論，我是唯一坦承我看不懂這新詞，會不會是"培養"？

我所得的答案是：「鍾老師，你息影江湖久矣！此培力為近日頗流行之EMPOWERMENT 是也……
