I was very pleased to host Chiayi Mayor Twu Shiing-jer at AIT this afternoon. He knew about my passion for the great American pastime – baseball, so he presented to me a replica statuette commemorating Chiayi’s famous Kano baseball team. We agreed that it would be fun for me to visit Chiayi’s baseball museum in the future. Thanks Mayor Twu for “swinging” by AIT and “pitching” the idea of a trip to Chiayi…km
