多元之愛（希臘語：πολύ、英語：Polyamory），又稱多角忠誠、多重伴侶關係，指關係中人數大於「兩人一對一」且參與者皆「知情同意」的戀愛、交往、伴侶等關係，例如一人同時與兩人或以上交往，在此親密關係中多方知情同意與其他交往者的交往關係存在。

有時廣義指稱所有非「一夫一妻制」的各類型親密關係，如一妻多夫制、多夫多妻制或同性群婚。歷史上或不同社會習俗中，有些多配偶關係並非所有人知情同意的狀況，但狹義的實踐者大多追求知情同意的價值。
