上述這種修辭用法就是一般說的「首語重複」（anaphora），在散文和詩歌都很常見，而在音樂中，「旋律反複」的情形也一樣。
anaphora（首語重複）：將一個句子的開頭單詞或短語，在隨後的句子中重複多遍，比如下面著名的邱吉爾演講例句中的”we shall fight”。

因為我們查一下anaphora的其他意思，知道還有宗教上的意義：「感恩經(anaphora)：借著感恩經──感恩和祝聖的祈禱，我們到達慶典的中心和高峰：. 在頌謝詞裡，教會借著基督、在聖神內，感謝聖父」；「...

杜牧、潺湲：唐人杜牧嘗知睦州，作有《睦州四韻》，其中有”有家皆掩映，無處不潺湲“一句
黃庭：養生之意。
嚴陵舊釣台：東漢時嚴子陵與漢光武帝劉秀有舊，不仕，隱居於此，悠遊垂釣，樵漁此生。
