我在店裡買了一罐安斯百露佳素。寫這個名字，相信沒幾個人知道是什麼，若說味王蘆筍汁，相信大家就熟稔了。

但為何有這個冗長的怪名，原來蘆筍汁裡面含有比較多的一種胺基酸，叫天門冬醯胺。詞彙叫Asparagine，接近蘆筍英文名Asparagus。安斯百露佳素之名應該是由此轉化。
