加州府裁員2萬20萬人減薪
美國加州由於府會預算僵局難解,州政府財政面臨斷炊危機,共和黨籍州長阿諾.史瓦辛格彷彿又扮起魔鬼終結者(terminator),七月卅一日簽署行政命令,裁掉逾兩萬名兼職雇員,而廿萬名公務員也要暫時減薪。但民主黨籍加州華裔主計長江俊輝已表明拒絕奉令行事。
