recipient, recipiency, turnover and turnaround, infraction, Well's notice

Here's another new chart from EPI, showing what's happened to unemployment benefits. As you can see, only 23.1 percent of jobless Americans are now receiving them -- a new low. Why? Because states have been tightening eligibility to receive such benefits (for example, in some states you need to have been in a full-time job for two years before you're eligible), and reducing the number of weeks of availability (the standard used to be 26 weeks but many states are now making it fewer). Even though we still have a huge jobless problem (see my prior post), fewer and fewer jobless Americans are getting the help that should be available.
Please spread the word. We can't fix what's broken until most Americans know how badly it's broken.

Notifications issued by regulators to inform individuals and companies of completed investigations where infractions have been discovered.
Investopedia Says:
A Well's notice gives recipients the opportunity to explain any improprieties and convince regulators that forward movement on such actions is unnecessary.
