能否順利合作 「大和」成關鍵

  大和圖書經銷商與金石堂因為雙方對於資金往來,存有爭議、各說各話,使得原本宣布大和解的記者會,演變成雙方撕破臉,停止合作關係,大和所經手的大 塊、天下等二十家出版社也力挺所屬經銷商,一時不對金石堂供貨。出版業者就透露,金石堂的財務危機是「眾所皆知的秘密」,如果大和與金石堂的資金爭議不解 決,未來大家不排除跟進大和,結束與金石堂合作。(陳映竹報導)

大和圖書經銷商在業界是享有信譽的經銷商,旗下經手的出版社也十分知名的大型集團,像是:天下雜誌、天下遠見、大塊文化等,因此這次對金石堂的鳴槍開砲,成為未來其餘出版業者是否和金石堂繼續合作的指標。
出版業者透露,金石堂在出版通路市場上,屹立了二十年,雖然大家都知道金石堂的財務有問題,但基於尊重,才買帳答應重新供貨。出版業者不客氣地說,這都只是「表面上」的,未來的供貨量也不會像以前一樣多。
這 次「台灣出版業者通路秩序聯盟」與金石堂的的協商中,雖然金石堂決定籌措資金,縮短票期,答應十六家經銷商恢復成「月結制」付款,但這些承諾都是有條件 的,恢復月結的日期其實是從明年一月底起領的支票才開始;再加上金石堂始終不肯公開說明實際庫存金額,已經答應與金石堂恢復往來的出版社表示,如果大和與 金石堂的帳款爭議不釐清,未來大家也不排除跟進大和。



台灣出版業者通路秩序聯盟與16家經銷商聯誼會的代表,昨(22)日與金石堂書店董事長周傳芳共同宣布,三方達成協議,金石堂將解決延長票期的問題,並讓業者自由選擇月結制或銷結制。這場出版經銷商、出版社力抗金石堂的事件,和平落幕。
