華府的「外交政策研究所」與美國「預備役軍官協會」九月廿七與廿八兩天將舉辦一次國際研討會，題目是「外籍戰士問題：近年趨 勢與個案研究（The Foreign Fighter Problem: Recent Trends and Case Studies）」。對兩會會員開放，非會員要旁聽的話，收費五十美元。
