這文件,我【代表"財團法人人文促進基金會"】花不少力氣讓它"合理"…..。不過,我對於文件中的"培力",竟然愛莫能助。上周四的討論,我是唯一坦承我看不懂這新詞,會不會是"培養"?

我所得的答案是:「鍾老師,你息影江湖久矣!此培力為近日頗流行之EMPOWERMENT 是也……
